Strict No Refund Policy

At DescriptivePaper.com (operated by Dahiya Platforms), we provide digital SaaS (Software as a Service) products, including mock tests, typing simulators, and AI-driven evaluations.

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our services and the instant access granted to our proprietary AI grading engine and premium content upon purchase, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-usage of the purchased exams or subscription.
• Dissatisfaction with the interface or AI evaluation results.
• Change of mind after the payment is successfully processed.
• Failure to clear your respective examination.

Payment Failures

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank or our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
